Tokyo (Ryogoku) Tour:
Sumo, Japan’s traditional national sport, right in front of your eyes.

In this tour, you will not only watch sumo wrestling, but we will also take you to its related places of interest.
Sumo is world-renowned for its name alone, but you can discover more of its charms by learning about its history and roots.

Our journey begins at Edo NOREN, the town’s tourist hub. We will introduce temples with deep connections to sumo, Ryogoku’s famous sweets, various sumo goods, and other matters related to sumo.
At the end of the tour we will give you the tickets to watch the game and end before the game starts. Afterwards, enjoy the moment of frenzy with all your senses and with your whole body.

In our tour, you could know some information which make the match before watch the Sumo Tournament in 1.5 hours. On our tour, we visit a shrine dedicated to the god of sumo spirit, one of the three gods of sumo that represent the essence of the national sport of sumo, “heart, technique, and body,” and experience the spirit of sumo.

For those who wish to sightsee on their own before watching the match, we also offer an option that includes only ticket delivery and an introduction to the rules of sumo wrestling.

We hope you will enjoy this experience of direct contact with Japanese culture as a memorable part of your trip to Japan.

14:00-15:00 | Tour is NOT included, but we’ll meet up nearby Hakata Sta. and head to the venue together. Then your guide will give you some information to make the tournament more enjoyable.
